Excellent Stay with Great Amenities
spacious room complimentary snacks lrt walkway shaded pool
My room was very spacious and well-designed. The hotel provided complimentary coffee and snacks on every floor (a really nice touch!). I appreciated the walkway connecting the hotel to the Bangsar LRT station. The pool on the 40th floor offered shade in the afternoon, a great benefit during hot days.
I found the lifts a bit slow and inconvenient. Reaching my room required using multiple lifts.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Bangsar station. It provides easy access to transportation throughout the city. A nearby bakery, Lisette's, offers a charming breakfast spot just a short walk from the hotel.

I found the staff efficient and polite. They promptly addressed all my needs. The breakfast service was excellent (especially the variety of dishes!). The team ensured a seamless and comfortable experience .

smooth check-in friendly receptionist great views poor room service cold food defrosting issue
The check-in process was smooth and easy. The receptionist greeted me warmly. The hotel decor and the room were LOVELY. The hotel is situated on the top floors of the building, providing great views.
The room service disappointed me. I ordered mee goreng at 11pm. The food arrived cold and seemed improperly defrosted.

clean room best shower slow lifts lift inconvenience
The room was really clean. I noticed the shower room was the best.
The lift situation was annoying. I had to take one lift up to the 41st floor, go across the lobby, then get another lift down to my room. The lifts are so slow too.
